Take advantage of our unique great room with floor to ceiling windows that face the beautiful mountain vistas, an excellent escape for a company retreat or party!

We can accommodate any gathering of *100 people or more. Below are the guidelines to business meetings and special events.

*100 people are based on renting the entire 1st floor facility including great room, library and dining room.

MEETINGS

Our meetings and corporate retreats usually take place in our great room, with other designated areas for break-out sessions.

We do have some office equipment on the premises for a rental fee.

 Equipment rentals:

*Any other special equipment can be rented from a rental company for their charge.

We also serve breakfast and afternoon refreshments, pricing as follows:

*Any lunches must be set up through a caterer, whether you do a boxed lunch or buffet. They must also provide plates and silverware.

There is no deposit required for business meetings/retreats. If you must cancel, we ask that you give us 48 hours prior to arrival.

SPECIAL EVENTS

We have two ways of having special events. The first, is that you can have an afternoon event which can be held from 11:00am to 4pm. The second, is that you can have an afternoon into evening event but you must rent the entire inn (including guest rooms) for a minimum of 2 night (November through April).

**This does not include company Christmas parties.

Food catering, flowers/decorations, rentals of dishware/silverware are not included. We will provide trash containers, but you will be responsible for all garbage cleanup from the premises. If anything is missing or damaged during your event, you will be held responsible for replacement or repair.

**Guest rooms are in addition to above pricing.
